Query Packages

Your book’s been edited. What’s next?

It’s time for you to find an agent. We’ll help you edit your query package for potential agents. Query packages usually contain a query letter, a synopsis, and manuscript pages though every agent will ask for something slightly different.

In some cases you will also need a pitch: a few sentences that encapsulate the focus of your work.

Our team will help you finesse your query, make your synopsis engaging, help you craft an intriguing pitch, and get those pages shining.

Other Services

We offer limited sensitivity reading as well as reading for historical accuracy and/or historical fashion accuracy within our knowledge base.

Sensitivity reading is a guide to representing people who are not like you in your work. We’re not here to tell you that you can’t. We’re here to help you learn how. We’ll help you avoid stereotypes and add realism to your diverse characters with the help of a sensitivity reader.

Historical accuracy readings will not be fact checks, but rather cultural readings, making sure your characters behave as they would have been expected to in their time, to avoid making the mistake of dropping a glaringly modern character in to a historical setting.
